Cancellation Policy of Registration

All cancellations should be sent to Meeting Secretariat in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting.

  • 100% refund (minus Stripe fee) in case of cancellation received before October 3, 2023.
  • No refund in case of cancellation is received after October 3, 2023.


Terms and conditions, and the cancellation policy of the hotel reservation will be clearly stated on the hotels’ booking sites.


Registrations are billed and charged by NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY PAIN SYMPOSIUM INC (address: 1991 Marcus Av, Suite M217, Lake Success, NY, 11042). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after October 30, 2023, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Credit/Debit Cards

Online payment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards.
A card number with an expiry date, CVC code, and postal code is needed.
